Tim focuses 100% of his time on listings. He has extensive relationships and contacts throughout the Philadelphia area in the area of financing, construction, zoning, permitting, legal, local politics and investors that can all bring value to a specific project as needed.
Tim has sold hundreds of units over the past 5+ years which has given him to opportunity to develop a rapport with many of the agents in city that will bring offers for current and future developments in Philadelphia. This helps tremendously during the negotiation process and leads to smoother settlements.
Courtney is Tim’s partner and Head of Business Development and Management. Courtney is intimately involved with every project including negotiation, marketing, paperwork and all of the behind the scenes work that goes into closing each and every unit of a new development. Courtney excels at making the sales process run smoothly and removes much of the stress of each deal from the development client.
Courtney also manages a team of buyers’ agents for the Stokes Group and enables Tim to focus on the fieldwork needed to keep each development project on track.
Chad Ludeman is the marketing specialist for the Stokes Group with proven expertise in the modern marketing methods such as web, viral, new PR and guerilla marketing. Chad brings a dedicated marketing asset to each development project that does not exist on any other Real Estate team in Philadelphia. Chad also runs his own development company in Philadelphia, specializing in modern and “green” projects and does not hesitate to offer advice on how to set new projects apart using the hottest trends in the Real Estate development market today.
The Stokes Group also has a dedicate team of agents that work solely with buyers. These agents are tasked to follow up immediately and repeatedly with all leads generated on our active projects.
