Timothy Stokes has been a licensed real estate professional since 2000. After graduating from West Chester University with Bachelors of Arts in Marketing in 1998, Timothy hit the ground running. He entered the real estate profession with Oxford Real Estate, a Center City real estate company specializing in land development, new construction sales and marketing and condominium conversions.

In 2003, Oxford Real Estate was acquired by Coldwell Banker Preferred. The acquisition of Oxford Real Estate was a win-win situation for both organizations. It allowed the principles and agents of Oxford real estate to benefit from the networking capabilities, sales and marketing expertise, and global brand recognition of Coldwell Banker. In turn, Coldwell Banker Preferred benefited from the extensive knowledge of new construction, land development and site acquisitions in Center City Philadelphia through Timothy and his partners.

Mr. Stokes has been personally involved in over $130 million is real estate sales, with a focus on new construction sales in Center City Philadelphia. He has also won many major awards such as the Coldwell Banker Presidents Elite an award that is the highest honor bestowed upon its sales associates, and only awarded to the top 4% of all sales associates. Tim has also won top agent of the year for Coldwell Banker Preferred Center City office in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
