Courtney has a degree in Finance which she utilized on the Philadelphia Stock Market during the first years of her career. At JFD Securities, Courtney managed the overall business while handling multi-million dollar transactions between Philadelphia, NYC and Chicago on a daily basis.

Courtney transitioned into the Real Estate Sales business in 2004 with Coldwell Banker Preferred, and quickly partnered with Tim Stokes to form the Stokes Group and helped develop the team into one of the largest producing real estate teams in Philadelphia.

As a listing agent, Courtney represents new construction and resale homes, with a focus on "green" development. She is the listing agent for Postgreen, developers of the 100k house and some of the most environmentally responsible homes in Philadelphia. Courtney is well versed in all new construction building practices, including new technologies such as Solar PV, ERVs, SIPS installation and more.
