A consummate team player, Courtney Ludeman didn't start out in this business right out of college; rather she came to us with a wealth of real-world experience several years later.

After graduating with honors from Grove City College, Courtney put her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance to hard work. She began her professional career as an options broker on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, where she earned her Series 7 and Series 3 licensed. After climbing her way up the ladder, she was promoted to Director of Institutional Sales.

In 2004, Courtney entered the real estate business, and went on to obtain her Accredited Buyer Representative Designation, and an e-Marketing Designation. Courtney joined Stokes Group as the Business Manager in January of 2007. Her extensive sales and business experience have been a great asset to our team. We look forward to many more years of success with Courtney on board.
