Chad Ludeman came to Real Estate in 2007 with a wealth of experience from a variety of positions in the corporate world.  After Chad graduated from Grove City College in 2000 with a B.S. in Industrial Management/Engineering he went on to work for the local manufacturer of bar code scanning equipment, Metrologic Instruments, Inc.

In his seven year career at Metrologic, Chad held positions in Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Scheduling Management and Marketing. He finished out his last year in the corporate world at the Marketing Manager of Omniplanar, Inc. - a software subsidiary of Metrologic.

In 2007 Chad started his own real estate development company - Postgreen - specializing in modern , "green" and affordable development in Philadelphia at the same time as he joined Coldwell Banker Preferred as a member of the Stokes Group.

We look forward to many years of work by Chad in the Real Estate industry in Philadelphia and look forward to utilizing his experience in marketing, development, and “green” building.
