Everyone’s Best Friend
Affectionately known as Timmy and “Everyone’s Best Friend,” Tim joined the Coldwell Banker Preferred Society Hill office in 2003, and quickly rose to the Top Agent; partly due to his incredible salesmanship, and mostly due to his gigantic personality. In 2006 he started The Stokes Group, which earned the Top Team spot at Coldwell Banker Preferred for five years in a row.
He was simply an awesome human being who shall be greatly missed by the entire Coldwell Banker Preferred Family, The Stokes Group, and everyone who knew and loved him. Timmy is survived by his wife, Courtney and their two sons, Ryan and Shane.
While the Stokes Group cannot continue without Timmy, the agents that worked for him are still in business. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate, please contact us below.
